This is the most insane hack I have ever seen. Someone has taken Super Mario Bros. for the NES, and turned it from what is usually a cakewalk, into a giant nightmare. I think I would have given up almost immediately after hitting those invisible blocks.
The way the video jumps around suggests that it's been pieced together, and the slowing down suggest speed hacking, but... why? the player still dies every 5 seconds.
